Ordering a Pōur product is pretty easy. Add the product you love to your shopping basket through one simple click. When you are finished shopping, click on the bag-icon in the top right corner. It will show you an overview of your order, after which you hit ORDER and fill in your details. It’s not necessary to create an account, but of course we need your address. You can pay via iDeal, Creditcard, PayPal, Bancontact or Bitcoin.
Orders within the Netherlands, We send within 5 workdays. In most cases you’ll receive your order within just one working day after we send it. Orders outside the Netherlands will take a few extra days to reach their destination.
Shipping costs differ per order. For the tote bags they are €3,95, for bigger and heavier products like our backpacks, travel bags and ditty bags, shipping costs are €6,95. For now, we are shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Want to swap your Pōur product? You can exchange it by returning the product you have and ordering a new one via our website. If you want to be sure the product is in stock, check with us via firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can reserve it for you. The new product will be sent after we’ve duly received and processed the returned products. The purchase amount of your first product will be restituted. Unfortunately, we are not able to settle these amounts directly.
Products that have not been washed, worn of damaged can be returned with the labels attached, within 14 days after you’ve received them. To make returning even more easy, every order comes with an attached address-form which you only need to cut and paste on the box you return. Because you are responsible for returning the product, we recommend you choose track & trace returning. If you return a product, the cost for returning are yours. These costs can differ per package.
To assist you even better in the future, we need your feedback. Therefore, we ask you to carefully fill in the return form.
Return your Pōur products in the original packaging if possible If this is not possible, make sure that the product is decently packaged and well-protected.
SAVE YOUR SHIPMENT RECEIPT
Save the shipment receipt until the shipment has been completed. Without the receipt, Pōur cannot be held accountable for packages that are lost during shipment. As soon as your package has been processed, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation e-mail.
Provided that the foregoing requirements are satisfied, your purchase amount will be restituted on the bank account you’ve given us, within 14 days after we receive the product. If you’ve used a creditcard for your order, restitution can take up to 30 days.
